1. Introduction
Welcome to drahmedserag.com (the “Site”), operated by Dr Ahmed Serag, Consultant Andrologist & Digital Training Creator (“we, us, our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Site, its learning platform Thrive Apprentice LMS, and any consultations or digital products we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting, purchasing, enrolling, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By creating an account, you warrant that this information is true.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The educational content on this Site is for information only and does not replace personalised medical advice. Booking an online or in-clinic consultation is required for an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. See our full Medical Disclaimer for details.
4. Course Enrolment & Licence
- When you purchase or enrol in a course, we grant you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the material for your own learning.
- Sharing login credentials or course files publicly or with a third party is prohibited.
- We may update course content at any time to maintain clinical accuracy.
5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card details.
- Digital courses: 14-day “no-questions” refund window, provided you have viewed less than 20 % of the lessons.
- Consultations: cancellations ≥ 24 h before the appointment receive a full refund; otherwise, a 50 % late-cancellation fee applies.
6. Intellectual Property
All videos, PDFs, graphics, trademarks, and logos are the intellectual property of Dr Ahmed Serag unless credited otherwise. You may view and download resources for personal use only; no reproduction, resale, or public display is permitted without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree to:
1. Provide accurate, up-to-date registration data.
2. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorised access.
3. Refrain from uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these rules.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA). By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any clauses that by nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Liability) will remain in force.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course or consultation giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and, where changes are material, we will notify registered users by e-mail.
